All net profit is invested in building a stronger community by providing free marriage and addictions counseling and paying for mental health services provided to our clients by other professionals.

Our Baristas are the face of Coffeehouse Five and as such are critical to our success.
You will be responsible for interacting with customers in a kind and positive way, taking and fulfilling coffee and food orders accurately and efficiently, and ensuring positive customer experiences by maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of the caf and taking pride in your work.
Qualifications Coffee shop experience is helpful but not required.

able to work together with the entire team for the success of Coffeehouse Five Who Take Responsibility:
willing to own their time in the coffeehouse and look for ways to solve problems as they arise rather than expect others to do so Responsibilities Deliver excellent hospitality to every person that walks through our doors Understand and show enthusiasm for the mission of Coffeehouse Five and our support of the community Keep all areas of the cafe professional, clean, and organized Accurately take orders and ring them into the POS Prepare and craft coffee, espresso drinks and food orders consistently and to Coffeehouse Five standards Communicate any and all relevant information to leadership and coworkers in a respectful manner Follow written and verbal instructions efficiently and accurately Be knowledgeable of coffee, espresso drinks and food offerings, as well as any special promotions Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines with care Be efficient, use/prioritize time wisely Use problem solving skills and be able and willing to go above and beyond when the team needs it Be obsessive about quality Job Types:
